Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the following under a Goods and Services Agreement (GSA):
1. Supply of Drill Bits;
2. Refurbishment of Drill Bits; and
3. Rental of Drill Bits

Arrow Energy is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to provide Drilling Rigs and Associated Drilling Services for well activities in the Surat Basin.

Scope is for up to 2 Drilling Rigs and associated services for Drilling such as Wireline Logging, Cementing, Directional Drilling, Fluids Management etc. Rigs are required for a minimum of 36 and up to 60 months per rig (2025/2029). Successful bidders may be retained beyond this period. Following receipt of responses, shortlisted parties will be invited to participate in a full tender process.
Our preference is for suppliers to submit their information succinctly in this document rather than refer to attachments e.g., capability statements.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the construction of the Girrahween Field Compression Gas Processing Facility and associated Water Transfer Station.

The Scope of Work (Scope) is under development and this document generally describes the interim Scope for the purposes of this request and the future RFP process. The Scope may be refined prior to or after release of the RFP documentation.

The Scope of Works includes construction of the following:

. Field Compression Station (FCS)

A 116 MMscfd FCS with inlet separation, 4x Howden 510 screw compressors, gas dehydration, metering and utilities located approx. 40km south of Dalby, QLD.

- Water Transfer Station

A Water transfer station comprised of a 40ML Produced Water Storage Tank (Approximately 100 m diameter), receiving produced water from gathering system and pump out by 3 ~250KW Centrifugal Pump Packages, with combined flow rate of approx. 640M3/hr, powered by a Step-Down Transformer via MCC.

The above major scope categories may be defined as Separable Portions under the contract.

Engineering Design will be performed by a separate contractor. Procurement shall be primarily under the Major Facilities Contractor, although Arrow may elect to procure long lead equipment.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the design and supply of Girrahween Control System & Programming, including provision of Start-up Support Services.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the design and supply of Girrahween Export Gas Metering, including provision of Start-up Support Services.

The Scope of Works includes the design and supply of the following:

1) Export Gas Metering skid capable of Custody Transfer Metering to accuracy level of 1%, for flowrate of 136.9 MMscfd wet Coal Seam Gas (CSG).

2) 3-sided gas analyser skid comprised of:
- Gas Chromatograph and sample conditioning system
- Moisture analyser and sample conditioning system
- All required utility / calibration gas tubing and bottle mounting rack
- Skid electrical for lighting / power and instrument wiring
- Retractable gas analyser sample probe and letdown regulator
- GC carrier gas stations requires an auto change over system

In addition to the above, the selected Vendor/Contractor may be required to provide On Site Start-up Support Services to Arrow Energy.

The Scope of Works includes the design and supply of two (2) steel Inlet Filters (pressure vessels) for the Field Compression Station (FCS) of 116MMSCFD capacity.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest from TMR prequalified (R2 minimum) Surat Basin based contractors for the provision of specialist road construction services under a Surat Basin specific Master Services Agreement (MSA). The MSA will be a framework agreement that will enable Arrow to contract for specialist road construction services when required.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the Supply and Fabrication of Modularised Electrical Equipment and Materials for Single Well Pad Electrical Infrastructure under a Supply Agreement.
The Contractor shall supply all electrical equipment and associated material for the surface well pad electrical cabling infrastructure for Single Well Pad facilities such as cabling, earth inspection pits including electrode clamps, stop push button assembly, cable glands with adaptor, cable plugs and cable ladder, offsite fabrication and testing (with the objective to minimise onsite installation duration) of electrical cables, instrumentation cables, earthing cables and communication cables including cutting to the required lengths and pre assembly on to cable ladder including cover, cable glanding, plug termination and tagging and testing in accordance with AS/NZS 3000.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the Supply and Installation of ESP and ESPCP systems under a Goods and Services Agreement (GSA). The GSA will be an agreement that will enable Arrow to call-off Goods to suit Arrow's requirements.

Arrow is seeking expressions of interest for the Supply and Overhaul of LV Engine Packs which are predominately used for local power supply to CSG wellsite infrastructure. These units range from 25-150 kVa with the vast majority falling in the 60-80 kVa range.
The Scope of Work comprises of three components;
. Supply of New Units; based on principal specified datasheets;
. Overhaul and Refurbishment of Units; completed off-site at Contractors premises following a Critical Failure;
. Supply of Spare Parts and Materials; required for repairs and maintenance on and offsite.
The following is excluded from this SOW:
a) Transport of Equipment and Materials between Principal and Contractors sites;
b) Site installation, commissioning and performance testing;
c) Completions of on-site servicing, repairs and associated works.

Total length - Approx. 26km

A quantity of Induction Bends will also be included in the final scope.

The scope may include end to end logistics for the supply.

NOTE: Quality Assurance will be a key evaluation criterion during any future RFP. Contractors must have the ability to perform Manufacturer site assessments for their proposed source of supply which will be required to be certified by a suitably qualified person (or 3rd party inspector).

A Pipe Manufacturer Questionnaire with Arrow's requirements will be provided to all shortlisted contractors prior to invitation to RFP.
